This is your chance to shape a practice that works for you while stepping into an established panel with day-one volume.The Opportunity 4 day workweek, 6 weeks PTO Spend 90% of your time in the inpatient setting, focusing primarily on in-hospital pulmonary consults, with the remaining 10% in the outpatient setting Opportunity to incorporate sleep medicine and critical care as desiredCompensation & Benefits Base salary: $470K (negotiable, dependent on experience), with total earning potential of $550K++ 403b + 457 Top Hat retirement plans
