Dunn Energy Cooperative is seeking a Human Resources & Executive Assistant to support our CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, while overseeing key HR functions that enable our team to thrive.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate meetings, schedules, minutes, and board materials
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
Manage payroll and benefits administration with accuracy
Confidentially maintain HR files, policies, and compliance
Pitch in with front desk coverage and employee events
What We’re Looking For
Experienced HR and executive support professional (2+ years)
Outstanding communicator with strong writing and organizational skills
Comfortable balancing deadlines, details, and confidential information
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
SHRM certified or open to becoming certified
A commitment to the Seven Cooperative Principles—we live by them
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage range: $25–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
