Job Description Summary: Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the University's compensation/classification program and policies as well as benefit design and administration. Maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Minimum of five years human resource experience, managing classification and compensation issues.Previous experience managing benefit plan design and administration.Prior supervisory experience.Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations in compensation
