Assistant Professor (of HR Management)
The Department of Management invites applicants for one tenure-track Assistant Professor Position beginning Fall 2023. The primary teaching responsibilities for the position are in Human Resource Management with secondary teaching responsibilities in Organization Behavior and other areas in the field of Management. The job also requires service at different levels within the university and the profession. Primary teaching responsibilities will be in the undergraduate and graduate HRM related areas such as Strategic HRM, HRD (Training), HR Technology, Compensation/Benefits, Staffing, Labor Relations, etc. Secondary areas of teaching may include OB and other areas of management.
