Beginning in August 2025, Lake Forest Academy seeks a reflective and collaborative English teacher who is an intellectually curious reader and an empathetic educator, one who can inspire a culture of inquiry while teaching skills with intention and creativity. Lake Forest Academy English teachers are skilled writers, lovers of literature and history, and eager scholars of the field. We seek teachers who inspire intellectual curiosity, creative thought, disciplined analysis, confident speaking, clear writing, and genuine appreciation of literature rooted in close reading of primary texts.    This position will teach four English classes designed to develop students who are creative and critical
