Continental Properties is looking for a Human Resources Intern for Spring/Summer 2025 to join our HR Team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
This internship provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other avenues. You will report to our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
We are open to candidates starting in either the Spring semester or Summer 2025. Candidates must be able to work 20 hours per week if starting in Spring and 40 hours per week during Summer 2025. Start dates are flexible within these periods
Essential Responsibilities:
Be an important part of the Human Resources team, supporting the full employee life cycle
Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience
Skills for Success:
Pursuing College Degree - preferably in Human Resources or related
