As an associate, you will earn plenty!  And then you will have freedom and flexibility to live a very enjoyable life.  I have many other interests, therefore; I am looking to share the practice with the type of endodontist who shares similar values (efficiency and work/life balance). The balance would involve practicing approximately 2-3 days/week and occasionally 5 days a week if I desire to leave town.  

I take pride in staying current within the profession, therefore; I have all current and relevant technology to assist with diagnosis and treatment (CBCT, Zelis microscopes, lasers, ASI carts, etc.).
