Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the University's compensation/classification program and policies as well as benefit design and administration. Maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum of five years human resource experience, managing classification and compensation issues.
Previous experience managing benefit plan design and administration.
Prior supervisory experience.
Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations in compensation and benefits.
Excellent analytical skills.
Superior interpersonal and communications skills.
