Continental Properties is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
You will manage the day-to-day delivery of Continental's total rewards, compensation programs, and bi-weekly payroll processing. You will partner with our internal customers (managers and team members) in providing education and solutions to resolve issues regarding team members' total compensation and benefits. You will report to the Compensation and Benefits Manager.
We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work both in the office and remote.
Essential Responsibilities:
Process Continental's bi-weekly payroll and administer incentive plans and bonuses
Help deliver Continental's total rewards and benefit enrollment programs
Provide education to team members, to include new hire benefit orientation, open enrollment, qualifying life events, leave of absences, and advising on related questions
Help with Continental's compensation programs and salary adjustment processes
Perform HRIS data entry and system changes
Help with Continental's compliance with employment law and federal and state regulations
Maintain confidentiality of all team member records and information
Skills for Success:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related field required
1+ years of multi-state payroll/compliance experience preferred; experience with UKG (UltiPro) desired
Knowledge of payroll techniques and procedures, benefit, compensation, and compliance trends and regulations.
