Essential Functions: JOB PURPOSECoordinates the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of university-wide total wellbeing initiatives. Develop programs that create awareness, motivation and provides tools to employees that help them maintain a well rounded healthy lifestyle. Responsible for providing plan administration, participant communications, vendor relations, participant tracking and various marketing and administrative duties to ensure program success. Also serves as the key administrative professional for the Total Rewards Department, including financial functions and expenditure analysis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDesign, promote and execute wellness program activities including: health awareness classes, health fairs, health risk assessments, biometric screening events, and related educational/informational resources. Act as primary relationship manager with Wellness Program vendors.Provide leadership to the Wellness Committee in assessing, developing and establishing measurable objective and program content consistent with employee wellness interest and needs.Assist in research, writing and updating wellness informational materials: PowerPoint presentations, monthly health topic articles for employees. Maintain websites for Wellness Program and Total Rewards Department.Facilitate and create a culture of health and wellness through health promotion activity coordination. Develop, drive and implement all wellness-related activities and special events. Assist with marketing of programs. Manage Wellness Program projects.Perform scheduling for Wellness programs. Coordinate presentations, classes, health fairs, risk assessments, biometric screening and other events and programs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date Wellness Program documentation, including recording complete, concise and meaningful information on program progress, goal completion, expected outcomes, current status, benefit adjustments and all other communications. Support data collection and reporting of program metrics.Organize, monitor and expedite the workflow for the Total Rewards Department.Initiate follow-up procedures regarding pending matters, route correspondence and mail, identify and resolve day-to-day operational problems, and respond to routine inquires for data and information.Perform basic bookkeeping duties which includes the tracking and monitoring of expenditures, analysis and projection of funds, reporting budgets and other financial data for the Total Rewards Department.Maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meeting arrangements, and make travel arrangements.
Qualifications: EDUCATIONBachelor's degreeEXPERIENCEExperienced (minimum 2 years of job-related experience)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESCOMMUNICATIONS - Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing. Ability to make presentations to small groups. Ability to create and write website and other communications.OFFICE SKILLS - Ability to efficiently use keyboard for data entry.
