As the Vice President, Total Rewards, you will lead some of our company's most important work: the design and execution of a Total Rewards strategy in support of the company's short- and long-term workforce needs. Specialized teams reporting to this role are focused on day-to-day operations of employee compensation, recognition programs and employee benefits - everything that makes employees want to come to our company, and grow their careers here.
As we transform our business models, processes and portfolios, as we compare ourselves against the best in industry, this role is crucial in advising senior management on the right Total Rewards strategy and practices to differentiate us from our competitors. Global markets move fast, and we must respond - so you will collaborate with other functions, inspire change and motivate others to help us improve and evolve the Total Rewards functions.
As the VP of Total Rewards, you will:
Create the vision for our Total Rewards strategy and enterprise performance measures, aligned with our business strategy
Enable organic and inorganic growth through innovative and traditional compensation policy, programs and practices
Transform our Executive and Enterprise Pay for Performance Philosophy and model to drive business strategy, and attract and retain global talent in new ways
Partner with the SVP, Chief Administrative & Legal Officer to advise the CEO and Board Compensation Committee to advise on all compensation and benefits issues per corporate governance requirements
Partner with the Talent organization to define and deliver a compelling employee value proposition that helps us attract and retain the very best talent
Determine which key financial performance metrics best align to the long-term business strategy for the enterprise and the integration with Total Rewards strategies
Set the strategic direction for the design and delivery of our health care programs to optimize spend and foster a healthy work environment
Define business requirements of mergers/acquisitions/joint ventures and determine how best to set performance metrics with aligned Total Rewards
Here's what we need from you:
Proven experience partnering effectively across all business units to drive large-scale, global initiatives. Well-rounded leader well-versed in HR, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and corporate culture. Collaborator with new ideas and :
A capacity for complexity, including the ability to conceptualize 3-5 year strategies and roadmaps
Experience designing innovative programs for talent, particularly software talent
Prior success leading large, global HR organizations; at least two or more distinct HR functions including compensation and benefits
