| Franciscan Alliance, located in Mishawaka, Indiana near South Bend, seeks a dynamic and strategic executive to serve as the system's next Senior Vice President, Human Resources Officer (SVP/HRO). The SVP/HRO serves as a key member of the system's senior leadership team (SLT) and will be integral to the system's transformation in the coming years. The position is an excellent opportunity to develop and execute human resource strategy and operations in support of the overall business plan and Franciscan Alliance Values, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, total rewards and shared services.
