Provides analytical and technical support necessary for administering compensation and benefit programs. Specifically provides support for the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs for the North America benefit managers, global benefit director, and executive compensation director.
Lead the annual reward and recognition stock option grant process to 500 annual participants and monthly ad hoc (promotion, new hire, retention) grant process with partnership with HR business partners and talent acquisition.
Assist in the stock plan administration of third party database and employees with inquiries about the program or equity transactions including summaries for retirement situations.
Assist in the global equity compliance including data reporting for required countries, mobility assistance, and comparison of payroll summary to annual grant tax supplements annually.
Assist in the executive compensation salary survey data and be an expert on the use of our Market Pricing tool (in partnership with compensation analyst) so we are able to utilize it to its full potential.
Assist in the quarterly incentive accrual process and partner with regional and headquarters finance team to ensure accurate and timely accruals.
Assist in the completion of Compensation, Discussion, & Analysis proxy statement table and notes sections including documentation support for internal audit review.
Assist in the tracking, analyzing of cost and other information as needed related to the company benefits programs such as invoice payments and other onsite programs.
Manage the AYCO employee assistance program administration and North America reduction in force planning coordination regarding compensation and benefits, when applicable
Involved in coordinating information for Retirement Plan audits as needed and other special projects
Manage administration including invoicing and communication of the company's Executive Physical Program.
