The Associate Specialist Compensation, under general oversight, will collaborate with various managers throughout the company on Compensation matters, as well as support the overall activities in the corporate Compensation Department for both domestic and global plans. The role is responsible for providing support through data analysis, reporting and day-to-day activities of the function.
Partners with Compensation team on a variety of annual and ad-hoc projects, including the Hollister Performance Management (HPM) cycle and compensation programs design, with a focus on providing reporting/analytics.
Assists with administering the HPM year-end process, including the following responsibilities:
Provides analysis in support of annual HPM recommendations (global merit increases, merit matrix, salary movement, etc.)
Reviews/reports on HPM-related data to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines
Provides day-to-day oversight of process to identify and resolve issues
Participates in development of reports and data for summary reporting/analysis for final Compensation Committee, & Board of Director HPM reports.
Assists with final creation and distribution of communication packets to all Associates globally
Complete the annual and ad-hoc compensation surveys. Gather data required for survey submission, assess survey results and load updated results into Marketpay annually.
Maintain and audit HRIS and compensation related data in multiple systems, including Marketpay and Successfactors. Identify and present issues and recommendations to Compensation team.
Maintain the Position Description Depository. Maintain and update existing job descriptions, ensuring required data is documented and proper formatting and work with managers on developing new position descriptions.
Maintains position pay grades, pay ranges and levels and provide necessary system administration.
Maintain Compensation standard operating procedures ensuring proper format and accessibility.
Administer and maintain Compensation content on iConnect.
Respond to general Compensation questions, elevating as necessary.
Stays up-to-date on external trends and knowledge involving Compensation.

Essential Functions of the Role: Sitting, computer work, talking on the phone
Work Experience Requirements: 2-5 years working in an analytical role, preferably in Compensation or HR at a corporate setting
Strong PC skills, especially in Excel, Access or other various spreadsheet and database applications
Successfactors and Marketpay experience preferred
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
