The Senior Manager, Total Rewards plays an important role in the assessment, development and implementation of innovative, market-based and performance-driven Total Rewards programs internationally. The incumbent has exceptional analytical skills, works with clients effectively and helps design and implement programs that align with business objectives and the organization’s strong pay for performance philosophy.
Works collaboratively with HR team members and business leaders to provide analytical support, compensation consulting and guidance for assigned client groups
Assists in the design, development, implementation and administration of new market based and performance driven compensation reward and recognition programs. Develops employee and manager communication and training materials related to compensation programs.
Supports the annual compensation planning process. Oversees on-going compensation programs, including base pay, short and long term incentives, pay structure implementation etc.
Supports the Total Rewards leader through analytical work and the development of materials for the quarterly Board Compensation Committee
Benchmarks Total Rewards programs in locations outside the US. Builds international salary structures and makes recommendations for changes
Monitors FLSA regulations and leads review of exemption assessments to ensure jobs are in compliance with all Federal and local regulations
Supports the design of short and long-term incentive plans
Leads job evaluation meetings to review job responsibilities for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate job level assignments.
Manages the survey participation process and ad-hoc market analysis needs.
Serves as a project lead for compensation program design and implementation
Identifies, recommends and leads the implementation of business process improvements and technology solutions that help improve the efficiency of the compensation planning, administration and reporting process.
Ensures employee data integrity including compensation data maintenance, reporting and records management activities.
Develops measurements and tools to monitor trends in compensation and benefits spending against industry benchmarks. Also measures efficiency, use of compensation dollars, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive compensation experience. Professional compensation certification (i.e., CCP) a plus as is experience with Total Rewards programs outside the US
Exceptional consulting, communications, analytical and problem solving skills
Customer service orientation and can work at a fast pace. Meets deadlines. Strong detail orientation
Must have exceptional Excel and systems skills
Experience preparing and effectively presenting information to employees and managements
