Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the Senior Compensation Analyst designs, implements and evaluates innovative compensation programs and practices that support the attraction and retention of top talent. Working collaboratively with Human Resources Operations, manages the needs assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of client solutions related to compensation and rewards. Formulates and implements recommendations to address root cause issues. Consults with employees, leaders and HR on the appropriate classification of positions, determination of compensation level and salary ranges, etc. Leads continuous improvement of compensation services and processes. Manages compensation projects.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field is necessary. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred. At least five to seven years of progressively more responsible compensation administration, finance or consulting experience in large, complex organizations. Experience with implementing compensation transformational initiatives. Experience conducting deep compensation analysis converting data into useful insights. Advanced proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
