Benefits and Compensation Administrator Direct Hire Salary: $55,000/year to $65,000/year Wheeling, IL
Our client is seeking a human resource professional who will be responsible for administering all of the compensation and benefit programs. The ideal candidate will be highly technical and have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Job Responsibilities: - Assist employees with compensation and benefits inquiries and issues - Administer STD, LTD, FMLA, and the 401(k) programs - Assist with open enrollment, annual audits, and the preparation of 5500’s - Conduct new employee orientation - Maintain accurate employee information in the HRIS system - Develop and run all company ad hoc reports - Work with company vendors, and assist in troubleshooting any issues with the HR systems
Bachelor’s Degree 4+ year of benefits and compensation administration experience Experience with ADP Workforce Now Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, v-look ups)
